Flex 5.26.0.0 GM TCU Protocols!

New Bench protocols for GM TCUs

We have new Bench mode solutions for programming General Motors brand automatic transmissions (TCU / TCM) installed on vehicles such as Chevrolet, Buick, Hummer, GMC, and Ford, just to name a few.

With the latest FLEX update (version 5.26.0.0), chip tuning and repair interventions are now possible on GM 6T30, 6T35, 6T40, 6T45, 6T50, 6T70, 6T75, 6T80, 6L45, 6L50, 6L80, 6L90 TCUs.

The new protocol supports complete reading and writing of AM29 and M58 flash memories.

SIEMENS SIM18 VAG OBD PROTOCOL

This option is available for MASTER only.
Mark this option in order to save a binary file of 4MB size usually used for patching the firmware.
If this feature is active, the OBD protocol will save the file in this format.
The same thing will happen if you export an OBD SIM18 file coming from your SLAVE.

For SLAVE users everything remains unchanged. If MASTER imports a 4MB binary file, the SLAVE will be able to write it. This feature is for proficient users only: if you leave it unmarked, everything will work exactly as before.

Released new FLEX software for OBD programming/tuning of engine control unit PSA DELPHI DCM6.2C, this is installed on brands such as Citroen and Peugeot. With this Flex update (5.23.0.0), chiptuning and access to the ECU is now possible via OBD diagnostic port.

OBD Solutions for PSA BOSCH EDC17C60

Released new FLEX software for OBD programming/tuning of engine control unit PSA BOSCH EDC17C60, this is installed on brands like Citroen, Peugeot, Opel, DS, Toyota, just to mention some of them.

With this FLEX update (5.21.0.0) chiptuning is now possible, the new OBD Full protocol allows to read & write content of the internal Flash memory. This solution was also developed to give access to the EEPROM, facilitating full calibration of the entire memory.

  • Citroen Berlingo 1.6 BlueHDI (2018)
  • DS 4 1.6 BlueHDI (2017)
  • Opel Crossland X 1.6 BlueHDI (2018)
