New Bench Solutions for Bosch SPC58 Control Units

Magicmotorsport has released a new FLEX update. With version 6.4.0.0 comes bench solutions for the reprogramming of BOSCH group engine control units installed on Peugeot, DS, Opel, Mahindra and Suzuki vehicles.

The new protocol facilitates work on BOSCH control units equipped with SPC58 microcontroller, opening the door for tuning and repair of engines such as PSA 1.2 Puretech 2021, Suzuki 1.4T BoosterJet, and many others.

Flex version 6.4.0.0 allows mechatronic technicians to work in complete safety and guarantees full access to Flash and EEPROM memories and every tuning and repair possibility.

Magicmotorsport has released FLEX version 6.2.0.0. The latest update contains new solutions for programming Bosch engine control units in bench and boot modes.

The new Flex solutions cover Bosch EDC17C63, ME17.U.6, EDC17C61 and MED17.6.9 ECUs installed on Mahindra, Massey Ferguson, Ferrari, Maserati, and CF MOTO cars.

Flex V2 BETA version 6.0.0.0 is ready

New User Interface and New Functionality

Flex has been redesigned with a new user interface! Magicmotorsport’s latest release has made the revolutionary engine control unit (ECU) and automatic transmissions (TCU) programmer even faster and more intuitive.

FLEX version 6.0.0.0 now boasts three different display modes: Basic, Standard, and Advanced.

  • Basic mode: is designed for use on small laptop and windows tablet screens.
  • Standard mode: guides you through the process of finding the unit to program by vehicle maker, model, and engine version, providing all the information available in the vehicle list.
  • Advanced mode: allows you to search for the unit immediately by selecting the brand and type of unit without the intermediate steps. This has been designed for more experienced users.

Users can now set the default display mode and font size from the software settings.

Vehicle searches are much faster thanks to the completely redesigned search engine!

Also, we’ve taken your suggestion and provided access, during any stage of programming, to the connection manuals and protocol statistics that relate the timing of simultaneously updated operations.

The latest version of FLEX (5.33.0.0) adds new OBD solutions for BlueHDI DW10 engines of the PSA group. Now you can reprogram the Delphi DCM7.1A engine control units directly from the diagnostic socket.

The new protocol supports vehicles manufactured from 2017 to today.

With the new version of FLEX (5.31.0.0) you can reprogram the Delphi DCM7.1B engine control units via the OBD Full mode, the most popular with chip-tuning professionals. The new protocol supports vehicles manufactured from 2018 to the present.

Magicmotorsport has released new solutions for General Motors automatic transmissions (TCU) installed on 2012 to 2020 Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC and Buick branded vehicles.

With the new FLEX release (5.29.0.0) you can now reprogram automatic transmissions T87 and T87A equipped with SPC564A microprocessor in Bench and Bootloader modes; you can also access the contents of the electronic control unit directly from the drive connector.

The new Boot protocol for GM automatic transmissions guarantees complete repair in the event of damage to the electronics.
