Bench/OBD solutions for KTM & Husqvarna Keihin Bikes

FLEX version 5.16.0.0 has been released and includes new protocols for the Bench and OBD programming of the Keihin engine control units installed in KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles and that also allows the recalibration of the Husqvarna Vitpilen/Svartpilen 701 until 2020, Husqvarna 701 SuperMoto until 2020, KTM 690 SMC until 2020, KTM 1190 ADVENTURE, KTM 1290 Super Duke GT Euro4 models, just to name a few.

New solutions for Bench, Boot and AUD programming

Magicmotorsport has released new solutions for the programming in Bench, Bootloader and AUD of Continental, Bosch and Denso engine control units.

The new FLEX update version 5.15.0.0 allows totally safe work in bench of the Continental Simos 12.1 and Simos 12.2 ECUs installed in Audi branded cars, such as the TT (8J) 2.0 TFSI and in the Volkswagen Passat B7 1.8 TSI just to name a few.

With the new FLEX SW version you can also program Bosch, Denso and Continental engine control units in Boot, AUD and Bench.

To make your life even easier, our protocol automatically detects the presence of a SOTA (Software-over-the-air) enabled processor and dynamically switches the memory layout.

From now on you can tune the 2021 Ford F150 with MG1CS036 and the new
Renault 1.5 BlueDci EU6d-FULL with MD1CS016.

We not only have a solution for the TC399 but as an extra in this release, we offer the latest generation of MPC5898N that can be found in the 2021 Mahindra MD1CS018 and the 2021 Suzuki MG1CS026.

It is possible to read and write the these control units in BENCH mode.

NEW ECU and TCU Programming Solutions in Bench and Bootloader Mode

Magicmotorsport releases the latest FLEX software update for bench programming of Bosch, Continental, Magneti Marelli and Kefico engine control units and automatic transmissions.

The new solutions are applicable to Bosch ME17.8.8 and Continental SIM2K-258 ECUs, which are equipped in HYUNDAI, KIA, BAIC, CHANGHE, MG, WEIWANG, CHERY, GREAT, LIFAN, as well as Bosch DCU17xx Adblue units equipped in MAZDA such as CX-7 2.2 MZR-CD.

Furthermore with version 5.14.0.0, many solutions for programming Magneti Marelli CFC300F and BOSCH MEG17.9.2 automatic transmissions in bootloader mode have been added.
