MPPS v21.1.1.11 Released

OBD:

    • Volvo EDC16C31 (OBD and Bench) Can R/W/Cks
    • Volvo EDC16C34 (OBD and Bench) Can R/W/Cks
    • Volvo EDC16C31 (OBD and Bench) EEprom Can R/W
    • Volvo EDC16C34 (OBD and Bench) EEprom Can R/W
    • Volvo EDC15C11 protocol updated and now supports OBD mode
    • Volvo ME7 protocol updated and now supports OBD mode

Tricore Boot

      • New Tricore interface (TPSG) is now available
      • Bosch service mode is now supported for reading passwords on locked ECUs (such as BMW F-series)
      • Some protocols bugs corrected
      • This will be the last update of tricore to work without TPSG. All future updates WILL REQUIRE TPSG.

 

This update only works for users with the latest MPPS interface (from SN 43xxxxxx > onwards).

Older hardware is no longer supported, however it can be upgraded here.
We are offering a special price until 19/08/2016!

Also existing tricore users can add the new TPSG interface here.

MPPS v21.0.1.3 Released

OBD:

    • Volvo ME7 CAN R/W/Cks
      Bench only at the moment.
    • Volvo EDC15C11 CAN R/W/Cks
      Bench only at the moment.
    • Bentley ME7.1.1 CAN R/W/Cks
      Master/Slave ECUs.
    • VAG ALL TDI Bosch EDC17 X UDS drive now supports EDC17C46 and EDC17C64 ECUs.
      Must be unlocked first using an MPPS container file.
    • Generic Tricore VAG Only Multi ECU – MPPS Container file flasher.
      Can be used to flash firmware updates and OBD UNLOCK files created using new VAS FRF file utility in tricore boot plugin.

Tricore Boot

Added new file checksum utility for tricore, now supports:

      • (M)EDC Flash checksum
      • (M)EDC Eeprom checksum
      • Simos PCR
      • Simos 8
      • Simos SID305

Added new VAS FRF file special function utility in tricore boot:

        • Create MPPS container file from FRF file.
          Can be used to perform software updates using new protocol in MPPS.
        • Create OBD UNLOCK MPPS container file from FRF file.
          Can be used to perform OBD unlock using new protocol in MPPS, currently supports Bosch EDC17C46 and EDC17C64.
        • Create READ UNLOCK MPPS container file from FRF file.
          Can be used to perform full read unlock using new protocol in MPPS, currently supports Simos PCR. More options will be added for this ECU in future releases!
        • Create BIN file from FRF file.
          Can be used when ECU can not be read from OBD.

Please note: AMT-Cartech do not provide FRF files!

Corrected various database and protocols errors.

This will be the last update for tools with serial numbers 41xxxxxx and 42xxxxxx and some of the new functions on this update will not be available for old hardware users.

The next release will support only newer hardware from serial numbers 43xxxxxx >
Users of older tools will be able to upgrade, details will be released before the next major update..

MPPS v18.12.3.8 Released

OBD:

  • Added Ford SID 803a/83M R/W/Cks
  • Added Land Rover EDC16CP39 R/W/Cks
  • You can now write NOREAD files back to the ECU, However they are still saved in encrypted format. This function is not yet implemented in to Tricore boot and Multiboot plugins.

Corrections:

  • Fixed Mercedes EDC16 write error
  • Corrected some database errors

MPPS v18.9.8.6 Released

This version has been completely rewritten for Windows 10 support.

There is now a new download manager which will be used for hot fixes as well as full updates.
You can now right click the ECU info window and save the contents to disk.

OBD:

  • Opel Denso Hybrid ecu on Corsa. R/W/Cks
  • Opel Denso upto 2010 (2010-on  already supported) R/W/Cks
  • Ford SID803 R/W/Cks

Tricore Boot:

  • Added new processors.
  • TC1724/28
  • TC1782/84
  • TC1791/93/98
  • New password reading protocols added.

Support for the latest password protected ECU’s (eg. BMW F-series) will require some extra hardware, which is in development.

Corrections:

  • Some minor problems with EDC17 CAN ECU’s
  • A problem with PSA SID803A

Improved Design! Universal ECU Pinout Cable

This universal pin out cable allows you to connect easily and comfortably to most types control units.

A variety of pins and extra connections are now used, so you can connect to a many different types of ECU’s.

The cable is fitted with an OBD2 female plug allowing connection any OBD flash tool.
