PASSWORD READING solution for the BMW F Series vehicles which were released in the last update of X17 (ver9.0.0) both for X17 and for T-BOOT is now available without shipping ECU by using a new plugin: MAGP1.18 (MAGPro2 BMW F Series Unlock plugin).

2.VAG protocols & new functions – available only ONLINE

OBD UNLOCK

Now you can write MOD files to VAG cars without performing TPROT OFF by bootloader.

After performing OBD UNLOCK you can write MOD files in any TPROT5-11 ECU.

OBD READ ENABLED

After performing OBD unlock you can also READ (actual read, not virtual) maps from previously protected ECUs (for example EDC17CP44, C54, C64, MED17.x etc).

 
OBD FLASH COUNTER LOCK Once you have performed OBD UNLOCK you can write MOD files by OBD multiple times without increasing the flash counter. It will always remain the same as before writing the first MOD file.
FRF/ODX write
You can restore your ECU or update it directly by OBD.
Just use a FRF or ODX format file and X17 will upload it to your ECU.
