NEW: I/O Terminal Tool PSA BSI OBD Cable

This OBD2 cable is to be used with I/O Terminal tool interface when working with the PSA BSI Plugin.

This is a heavy duty 1 metre cable with high quality OBD2 moulded connector and the unique RS232 connection. It features alternative CAN Bus and K-line allocation which are required for PSA BSI units.

* Please note – This cable does not work with any other tools, it is specifically made for the I/O Terminal tool. *

Abrites AVDI VAG AN055 Direct ECU CAN Cable

This adapter cable allows you to connect to the CAN bus communication wires directly at the ECU, whilst utilising the OBD port for all other connections.

This bypasses the CAN gateway as required when using the AN055 function on MED17 and EDC17 controllers.

It is equipped with an OBD female port to attach to your AVDI tool, an OBD male port to connect to the vehicle and a 3 metre cable with CAN connections via crocodile clips to reach the ECU without removal. Also supplied are 2 x test pins which can be used to connect to the ECU pins or vehicle wiring harness.

The adapter is made using high quality OBD2 moulded connectors. The K-Line is also wired, allowing use on other applications.

Universal OBD K-Line / CAN Direct ECU Cable

This adapter cable allows you to connect the K-Line and CAN directly at the ECU, whilst utilising the OBD port for all other connections.

It is equipped with an OBD female port to attach to your flash tool, an OBD male port to connect to the vehicle and a 3 metre cable with K-line/CAN connection via crocodile clips to reach the ECU without removal. Some applications where this cable can be useful:

Volvo EDC16C31 – K-Line is not wired to the OBD port but required for flashing by most tools.

MPPS VAG EDC17/MED17 Boot Kit – No Soldering!

This kit allows you to connect your MPPS easily and comfortably to many types of VAG EDC17 /MED17 to read/write over boot mode.

The kit includes:

  • VAG EDC17/MED17 cable with boot pin (integrated 1kΩ resistor)
  • Universal MEDC17 tricore boot pin kit consisting of an ECU mounting plate and 2 x arms equipped with spring loaded boot pins. The arms are secured with high performance magnets ensuring no movement once aligned.

This kit provides a clean connection to ECU boot pads without soldering!

Simply connect your MPPS to the ECU with the cable provided, screw the plate to the control unit and align the boot pins with the corresponding pads on the ecu. Then power the ecu and you are ready to read/write!
