The Diag-Batium 100.12 FV is an indispensable everyday utility for every workshop, offering optimum charging and maintenance for 12 V batteries. It delivers a high power output of 100 A to meet the requirements of diagnostics and reprogramming without any loss of performance (90 A continuous). It preserves battery health, and offers superior quality charging for use on even the most sophisticated modern vehicles.

3 USER MODES
• Lead charge: for 12 V lead-acid batteries, from 5 to 1200 Ah.
• Lithium charge: for 12 V Lithium batteries (LFP), from 5 to 1200 Ah.
• Diagnostic: supports 12 V vehicle batteries, up to 100 A, during
diagnostics in servicing or repair workshops.
Supply Mode: enables the unit to be used as a stabilized power supply.

IDEAL FOR INTENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATIONS
• The Diag-Batium delivers a high current of 100 A and guarantees
reliable, continuous use for all workshop operations thanks to its very
high duty cycle:
– 230 V : 90 A @ 100%
– 100 – 110 V : 60 A @ 100%
• The maximum output current of 100 A can be reached regardless of the
mains supply.
• Voltage adjustable from 12 to 14.8 V (in 0.1 V steps) to precisely match OEM
specifications.

AUTOMATIC CHARGING
• Extends the service life and performance of Lead (gel, AGM, liquid,
calcium, etc.) and Lithium (LFP) batteries.
• Specific 7-step (lead-acid battery) or 9-step (lithium-iron phosphate
battery) charging curve, safe to be used unattended.
• Can be used to recover heavily discharged batteries:
– Lead: Automatic desulphation process to attempt recovery of batteries in
poor condition.
‘SOS’ Function: forces a charge to start when the battery voltage is
too low for the unit to detect (<1 V).
– Lithium: UVP Wake Up function to reactivate batteries after deep
discharge.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
FV Flexible Voltage, the charger can operate on a supply voltage of
between 95 and 265 V.
• Automatically starts charging when the charger is connected to the battery.
• Cable calibration function for if the cables are replaced or modified.

ULTRA-SAFE
Protects the on-board electronics of the vehicle: protection against
short-circuit, reverse polarity and overload. Spark prevention system.
• Replaceable fuse which protects against operating errors.
• Temperature sensor to prevent internal electronics overheating.
